How do I add or cancel my out-of-office response?
The simple answer is to contact support@connext.net with your request.
Otherwise log-in to your plesk control panel and set it manually.
How to login to Plesk control panel:
If a hosted domain email:
Direct your browser to https://www.yourdomainname.com(.net)(.org):8443/
Login: example@domainname.com (your entire email address)
PW: Your email password
If a connext.net email:
Direct your browser to: https://www.connext.net:8443/
Login: example@connext.net (your entire email address)
PW: Your email password
- Click on the Auto Responder icon
- Create a new AR
- Type in your plain text message – dates you will be gone – date of return, etc… (Turn on when ready).
- Remember to log back in and turn off the AR when you return to the office.
- You can modify that AR each time you need it or create specific ARs as needed.
